The ExoPura® column employs size exclusion chromatography (SEC) to separate particles based on size as they pass through a column packed with porous polysaccharide resin. Larger particles elute first, while smaller ones penetrate the resin pores and elute later, allowing effective fractionation of exosomes without chemical interactions or harsh conditions.
The column consists of a solid-phase resin and a liquid buffer phase, ensuring high stability, reproducibility, and gentle separation.
