HycopGel™ is formulated from plant-derived biosynthetic materials to biomimic the extracellular matrix (ECM) with a fully defined composition. In contrast to animal-derived matrices such as mouse EHS tumor extracts, HycopGel™ eliminates biological variability and undefined components, making it inherently better suited for precision medicine, translational research, and future regenerative applications.
Within the HycopGel™ matrix, cells are supported to adhere, migrate, and self-organize in a three-dimensional architecture that closely resembles native tissue environments.
